If something isn’t quite right, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at Support@AestraNY.com with your order number.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for processing after your return is received.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
