Forever Replacement Policy
1. Coverage Overview
Aestra Athletics N.Y. offers a lifetime replacement policy for original purchasers of qualifying garments. If your item becomes damaged beyond functional use, we may replace it with the same product, a comparable product, or store credit of equivalent value if an exact replacement is unavailable.
This policy is intended to protect customers in the event of accidental damage during real use, including but not limited to:
Eligible examples:
- Crash or fall damage (cycling, sport, commuting, daily wear)
- Rips, tears, or abrasions from impact
- Fabric failure caused by accident or external force
- Significant damage rendering garment non-functional
- Premature structural failure not caused by misuse
2. What’s Not Covered
To protect all customers fairly, replacements will not be issued for damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, abrasion over time, pilling, fading, or aging
- Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function (stains, discoloration, paint transfer)
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage from improper care or washing outside label instructions
- Altered, tailored, modified garments
- Secondhand purchases or unauthorized resales
- Items purchased from third-party sellers not authorized by Aestra
- Intentional damage or fraudulent claims
We reserve the right to request photos and evaluate damage case-by-case.
3. Proof of Purchase & Eligibility
To qualify for replacement, you must provide:
- Photos clearly showing front, back, and close-up of damage
- The original order number or receipt
- Your name, email, and shipping information
- A brief description of how the damage occurred
Original ownership must be verified — the policy is non-transferable.
4. Replacement Method
If approved, Aestra may, at its discretion:
- Replace the item with the same model, size, and color if in stock
- Replace with a comparable model if original is unavailable
- Issue a gift card or store credit equal to original retail value
Replacements are limited to one replacement per purchased garment.
Replacement items remain covered under the standard policy, not renewed lifetime coverage.
5. Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping to Aestra (if requested).
- Aestra covers outbound shipping for approved replacements within the U.S.
- International customers may be charged for outbound shipping.
6. Processing Time
Most claims are reviewed within 7–14 business days.
High volume periods may extend processing times.
